Parmesan Lobster!!!

This dish was bussin. Thank you Mom for always cooking the best food! It was initially supposed to be made with shrimp, but we had leftover frozen lobster from our grandparents that we needed to use. It was very similar to creamy parmesan shrimp with spinach but tasted better than the restaurants because my mom made it. It may not look the most appealing, but it tasted way better than it looks. It was salty, savory, definitely not healthy, and was perfect with a side of rice and mashed potatoes. Although I am lactose intolerant, this dish will always be worth it. 8/10 BUSSINS!
