Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup!

I woke up so groggy this Sunday morning. HOWEVER, my mom is to the rescue as always. I'm so happy she bought this; you can get it at Costco! This is Korean Ginseng Chicken soup.

Now, I've never been drunk before but I can say for certain that this is hangover breakfast food material. It's already pre-cooked and all you need to do is warm it up! You can microwave or use a pot to warm it up. I was feeling lazy so I decided to microwave it while taking out the trash and I came back to the best-smelling kitchen.

It comes with a stick of ginseng, chestnuts, and a whole chicken stuffed with glutinous rice! It's so filling and definitely has tons of protein. The soup is so flavorful and the meat and bones are so soft that you barely have to chew. You don't even have to take the bones out, you can eat the whole thing!

Called "Samgyetang", Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup dates back to 1541 in Yeongju-si, Korea. Yeongju was well known for using Ginseng in their recipes which brought about Samgyetang. This is a 9/10 BUSSINS!!!
