Grandparents' Food #2

This fish hit the spot. Although loaded with chili peppers and what looked like jalapenos, it was not as spicy as it seemed. But it was definitely one of the most tender and lightest whole fish dishes I've ever had. I know it may be unappealing to some, but the eyes and cheeks of the fish are the best parts. I will be uploading more food from my grandparents so keep y'all's eyes open!
